California REIT, (Real Estate Investment Trust), Loan FraudHow I lost my Home with hundreds of thousands dollars in Equity, due to Breech of Loan Contract 3 days after Loan Signed, and possibly 3 other Frauds. The California Department of Real Estate Appraisers was indifferent when I sought out their help, total indifference to the Loan Breach, (because REIT loan?), due to private 3rd party non licensed indivdual interference. You can see my complaint and their response, on that tab below. The home ended up with the owner of the Loan Company, then a Real Estate Agency owner.

QHL REIT Loan Refinance

Family Room/ Dining - Before and After

This was still posted after Breach of Loan, they should have put in there that this did not pertain to certain people, like in my case.  The only difference from doing the first loan for me and this refinance was that the house had more work completed, was worth more, and they were told out I was "sick", as was told to me on the phone and referred to from the only paperwork I receiveed about the foreclosure, a fax from Vice President Christopher Powell.  Explained on the next tab page, Breach of contract.  Obviously this page below is a sore point for me.

I Did have someone in my life who was going to give me funds from a "trust" of mine, family, and who had hurt me all my life, and is finatical about money.  I knew it would not come through, again, she stalled, so I did get Foreclosure notice.  A friend asked why I let her do this, told him that I had to give her one last time to put things right after a lifetime of hurting me in many ways.  I needed to give this last chance so that if she didn't, I could put her out of my life forever and know I gave her every chance.

I was pretty sure she would not come through, so I did have another loan in process.

Also, I called the Legal Counsel for Quality Home Loans after the notice, Mr. Engleman, to make sure she had not contacted them, but he immediately said that he had never heard of her and no third party could get any informaion from them.  He said the Mortgage was covered by Golden State Investment fund.

Then, as you can see from from the next letter down, they contacted me saying they wanted to do another loan, refinance.  Even though I had another one going, and the guy was nice, I figure this would be the easiest and fastest route.  I was going to put the home on the market immediately after funding when the concrete and porch work could be seen in process.  Never imagined they would do what they did to me.  But basically, after the Breach, (Described Next Tab/Section - Breach of Loan, and described to California Department of Real Estate Appraisers), they ended up Foreclosing on October 13, 2006 almost 6 months to the date of the first notice, and within 5 business days it was in the name of John Gaiser, the owner of Quality Home loans.  I had gone to New Orleans to try to find work, only had a phone, called the county but the county appraiser was not available, and I could not get to a computer to print a request for information.  But Prudential Reality told me the home was transferred on October 20th, as did the home's Appraiser, Carol Goulden.  She was floored, could not understand, said real estate agents could not appraise, illegal, and also, prior to signing, if they had a problem with the appraisal, they had to give me the right to pay for another one, then have them both reviewed.  She said she would call me back but never did.

You can see at the bottom here, and first page next Tab/Section, on August 2, 2006 after the signing on July 31, 2006, they even faxed me a letter to  tell them how I wanted funds in the morning, I did. Then they stopped the loan that afternoon, and my entire life went into a tailspin and panic.

They came to me to do the loan, but basically it was a "bump" in the road to Foreclosing on me, which happened right at 6 months to the day of the first notice.

Note; Carol Goulden - a true California Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, great concept!

August 2, 2006 - 10:54AM Loan was fine, was faxed Disbursement of Funds Instructions, and I faxed them back.  Then after lunch the secret re-value took place and they Breached the Loan and "threw out" Ms. Goulden's  appraisal.
